    I find the arcade pretty worthless without a hard drive. However, even if you get a 20GB drive on eBay or elsewhere, it's still a great deal, and much more useful machine. I still only have the original 20GB drive, perfectly fine for what I use it for.

    Microsoft at one point was selling a 20GB starter kit for the Arcades for like $20. I'm not sure if they are still doing it, BUT with the recent firmware update it's a moot point as you can now use 16GB USB Flash Drives. ;)

    Exactly :) even 8 gigs is enough for game playing. 8 gig flash drive for $20 = gg.

    But you cant use multiplayer which blows. But I'll still get one as a media center extender. :D

    You know what, that's about all I use my Xbox 360 for now anyhow. But also for Netflix so still have to pony up the $50/yr. I just missed the $59.99 2 year sale though. Sucks.
