Microsoft has stopped production of all previous generation Zunes in anticipation for the upcoming Zune HD, so expect lots of deals on the Zunes for the next few weeks as stores try to clear inventory :)

I wonder if the release of the Zune HD will revive the francise. I have a 120 GB Zune, but I see no benefit to having it over an Ipod Classic.

I'm pretty excited to see the screen also. The wi-fi and internet browser will be nice as well.

I would never have bought a regular iPod (I own a Touch 2G) since a Zune or Cowon would've served my needs better. If it weren't for the App store, I would've already sold my Touch in anticipation of the upcoming Zune HD.

Anyway, this is a great price, I hope that many music lovers take advantage of this opportunity.
