    Is this safe? I have received same kind of email that ask for name and address to ship the item to buy a laptop...

    No...This is a scammer. I get these e-mails all the time. eBay recommends doing ALL the transaction and communications through them. That's the safest way. Oh and, keep to using PayPal to buy.

    Scam, it goes on the list of "i need to verify ur ebay account info or ur account will be deactivated" scam. those information are enough to steal ur account.
