looking for some older ram. aside from newegg, tigerdirect, crucial, and amazon, where can i find cheap ram? if there was a particular stick that i was looking for it'd be an easier search, but i'm not yet sure what i want.

i've found froogle to be most effective only if you have a specific item that you're looking for (in my case a particular stick is what i meant by that). didn't think to check B&H. i guess what i'm really looking for is one of those cables-for-super-cheap sites but for memory.

they don't exist. cables can be produced really cheaply if made in china with crap quality. RAM on the other hand requires some very specilized machines and can't be turned over cheaply. Unless you buy that super crap ram on amazon....forget brand. gSKILL is your best bet when newegg has a sale. They have th best prices
