    $450 after $50 MIR. OfficeDepot

    Brand new, sealed, w/ warranty
    It also ended up having a 5400 rpm HD in it. [ :D]

    Yes, I thought so. It is my primary computer now. I am replying on it. [ :D]

    Actually it was $499 - $50 MIR so it was $449. I was at the B&M to pick it up so no shipping, only taxes.

    Originally I was there to pick up a notebook for my niece. Her deal was not as good; a Compaq ZE4906 (I think that was the model) for $399 + tax, no rebates. It was also NIB. Still a deal we were quite happy with though.

    Oh, I also talked with the manager so my friend (and long time business partner) went in the next day and they found him a DV1010US for the same deal. He was pretty happy.

    Someone I know just got a used, but good looking Compaq with AC Adapter for only $35 at a Tennessee yardsale yesterday. Does that count?
