This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    ok does anyone know where to buy customized laptop? I mean a place where you can totally choose wut u want. for example u can choose no ram, no hard drive, etc...All the manufacturers places make u buy some ram or hd.

    ASUS is popular because of it's customizability in its Built On Line.

    Also, HP and Dell both have customizable laptops, at www.hpshopping.com and www.dell.com
