The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I saw this fellow that cut up some inexpensive rubber mats that they sell at Wal-Mart and used it to make a product to sell to Toughbook Owners.

    I thought, "Wow, that is really, something...." so, I came out with this cool idea!

    I saw you guys over here doing customizing as well, so I thought that I would share! I was going to sell it, but I think that I may just enjoy my one-of-a-kind machine was a while!
