    Hi,
I've been using my mouse on my Dell's palm rest[like an idiot(right side)] & now it's filled with these tiny scratches.
    Anyway to fix it?

That's a SWEET model!! A friend of mine had a similar problem with the palmrest area - he bought a Gateway for a steal while visiting friends in asia and it was fine, except that the silver paint started to fade especially on the palmrest area. It grew worse by the week and he was all :| :| ... it was quite hillarious really! Anyways, I have 2 free palmrest skins which came with my skinweaver laptop skin, and I don't intend to use them.. so I gave those to him but then he's like "they're so girly"! Duh.
Anyways, I'm sure you can find something cool enough for a guy in one of those laptop skin stores. Should be easy to get one online too, which is what I did. It's definitely cheaper than getting a new palmrest, but make sure you get a decent quality skin so you can change it anytime you want without having to deal with icky residue!
