So there seem to be different preferences here, with most siding with either SkinIt or Schtickers. I'm going to be using a custom design, which you can see in it's early concept HERE. This is going to go on my new HP dv9207 (17" widescreen), and be lugged back and forth to class four days a week, and to game with friends. What brand is going to handle the travel and wear better? Which is going to give me a better image quality? Also, what other skin makers are good? I found these, has anybody got something to say about any of them?

At the moment, I'm leaning toward SkinIt, mostly because of their specific support of the dv9000 series, complete with compensation for the hinges.

I've used DecalGirl's stuff before on my PSP if its made of the same kind of material, it should last you a very very long time.
