I would like to go ahead and paint my laptop... but this would be a first time project! this is what i need help with

I like the Carbon Fiber look... my laptop is black and silver!

I would like the screen/top to be Carbon Fiber... Carbon fiber sticker? I think you can get something like that at an auto place am i right?

now that covers up the back part on top... what about the rest of the black? can i cover the bottem? or will that make it over heat to much?

What can i do with the silver parts? I went to open the laptop... took all the screws out but there is still something holding it down somewhere and i can not figure out what it is... so at the moment i can not even open my laptop

I would like to cover the whole thing with carbon fiber sticker... but i think painting the silver black would be a better idea... i need to get it apart though.

now what about the screen... how is that usally held on? just clips that i need to get undone somehow?

    anyhelp would be sweet!
