Anyone find out where to find these stickers, I'll be getting the S96j, could really use some stickers to spice that one up lol, that one is as plain as it gets. (just an ATI sticker... could use a 1) Centrino Duo 2) Vista ready 3) and maybe an Asus sticker..)

I like how the vista capable sticker is covered in rubber or something, it feels pretty neat. I also have a lightscribe sticker that looks pretty cool, albeit small

joining late. i took of my pentium m and windows stickers after about 2 months because they were crooked. as someone above said, they left a bit of residue, but nothing serious that i couldn't just rub off. they did ghost a bit, leaving a lighter spot which is only noticable from certain angles in bright light, nothing serious.

I have a G2S-A1. I don't need stickers showing the Bluetooth GPU Processor power, as the looks of it already show it means business. :D

They are the first thing to go from any new PC I buy. Even before the bloatware. Even before Norton. If any of the stickers do happen to leave any residue, it comes off easily with an alcohol swab.

I despise those ugly little stickers!

I love the stickers, I kept my Radeon X1600 sticker on my z96js until it was so worn that you could hardly see any red left on it. To keep the stickers lasting, just try and not peel off the protective film until that part starts to peel!

Other stickers, like the ones that are on notebooks that you get from retail stores with all the info such as "large hard disk to store all of your music/movies" you know, the ones that cover most of the palmrest, I hate those, and have had no problems removing their left over residue with GooGone, It's an oily orange liquid and works great.

The ones that say stuff like Core2Duo or Built for windows stickers I love! It makes your notebook look new, and alot less plain.

I like the stickers. It reminds me of the reasons I chose this laptop over others. I chose nvidia, I chose centrino duo...

I did peel off one "dlna certification" sticker, only because it was crooked.

I bought a load of them on Ebay from a chinese vendor... Graphic card, processor (Dell put the wrong one), Firefox, network, Windows, etc etc. Seller was "logo_kee" and they'd always put in more sticker than I ordered. For exemple when I ordered an ATIX1400 sticker I got 3 different ATI stickers, same for a GeForce6600 and windows. I also bought some from a British vendor but those seem to wear out quickly...

That is actually not that great advice. Nail polish remover has acetone in it, which is harsh, especially on plastics. It's been known to discolor them. Use something like Goo Gone to remove glue residue without any after effects.
