While I was cleaning my laptop the other day; I noticed if I tilt my head to the right, towards the right side of my monitor -- I can see light through the hinges of my screen. I'm assuming it's either intended, or the hinge holding the right side of the monitor wasn't sealed all the way in, or came loose.

I can't see anything on the left side, and I really have to be up and close to my monitor to see the right side. It's not really a big issue as I don't have any problems with the laptop itself. I am just wondering if I should bother contacting a repair center to see if it's something that needs to be fixed.

This is a Toshiba Satellite x205 9800. My old laptop was a G4 IBook -- my particular model had such bad hinges I didn't even bother.

    Thanks for your help.
