Well I would like to read some experiences with this flexible carbon fiber, as I intend to dress up my laptop with it,,,my main concern is if it will scratch, or if it will be weak against something, as well as some tricks on how to apply it properly so I dont ger air bubbles, Im also concerned on how to get it to bend in the corners of the lid, I think this wont be easy at all...Please reply!! thankss..

I have a question...Whats the difference between this vinyl and the real carbon fiber? cuz I know there are REAL carbon fiber sheets on eBay for $50 and they look darn good! the look shiny and stonger..will these work for the laptop to? or will it be too hard to stick this thicker sheet on the curves of the lid?

Real carbon fiber is very strong and, more impotantly, very stiff. You wouldnt be able to bend the real CF to fit the curves of the case. It would be cool to somehow graft the CF in place of the existing case, but it would be a lot of work.
