    hi everybody

im doing a project thats using a laptop as hardware and screen...the guts of the laptop are sitting on the bottom panel of the wooden case while the screen should be up above...so i need a way to extend the connection between the detached screen and the rest of the laptop.

any ideas?i dont have problems with hacking, soldering or doing any type of complex modifications(i have experience in this area...i just never worked with lcd screens before).
any help would be really appreciated...thanks

the laptop is an MSI wind u90x(8.9")

    basically,i'd need THIS:
