I have a 09' Macbook Pro unibody 15.4" A1286 that has multiple dents. I've been looking online and all I can find for replacement parts are more highly susceptible to denting aluminum housings. Is there any OEM plastic replacement housings anyone has run across to get away from the aluminum unibody? I can't find any in my searches. I would of thought that by now some foreign manufacturer would have made a cheap OEM replacement plastic housing parts.

I dont think you will find it.. Apple are pretty harsh on copy-cats, most are "official" gadgets and stuff..
