    Hi

Im thinking about buying a brand new macbook, not too sure what size yet, eithier the 15 inch or 13 inch. I will not buy the 17inch until they refresh it next year, think the date was jan or feb. So I problery cant be arsed to wait till then

So basiclly I want to know will apple void my warrentty?

    I'm gussing yes?

Or will they just void the warrent for the case and not the internals?

Really hate the colour they have now, they should do the white and black again!

My Friend Got His MacBook Laser Engraved And It Never Voided His Warranty According To Him. Im Pretty Sure It Wont Unless You Modify The Internals

painiting any laptop will generally void your warranty. Companies are out to save money so my guess is if you ever have problems, the will blame your paint jog. I would read the apple warranty, bt this is my bet as to what it says.

Actually a lot of professional laptop painting places add their own warranty to the computer on the parts in case the warranty is voided through the original manufacturer.

They do look good, but I need finince for the laptop and kolbold dont do that and I would problery have only done that with the macbook anyway

The problem with the macbook is I would want the qx9300 cpu and no uk seller with finance does that :(

Hopefully the the alienware laptop thats coming out should be good
