I've been using microfiber towels along with rubbing alcohol and water to clean my glossy 15.4'' screen.

I have an odd question. I have a few small scratches on the screen that I want to get rid of. Can I use car polish to get some of these small scratches out?

don't use rubbing alcohol. use monitor specific cleaners. i have tried some stuff i picked up in the apple store and it removes any scuffs or marks.

I have a small scratch on my screen too. I have tried polish, toothpaste, and a whole bunch of oils and no matter what the scratch wont polish out.

I wish there was a place where we could ship ou lcd's for cheap, to have a new film put over them.

If you are bale to get it out, please post what you used

I use Monster ScreenClean on my displays (3 glossy, 1 matte) and it works real well on the glossy, not so much on the matte screen.
