If I only had two screens like that.

 

Prolly artwork/posters/antique metal signs/neon bar signs etc. Something that I could put up and take down with relative ease......will have to spend a day or two (or three) looking around online

My middle speaker died and it was still under warrenty, they told me to send them back the console and they sent me a whole brand new set of speakers.

I was really surprised that they gave me an entire z5500 to replace just one speaker, so I run a 9 speaker setup hehe

I remember my old dell used to have integrated GPU, that thing always could fry an egg no matter how much or how little processes it was running.

Is it hard to aim and shoot on the dual monitors? Wouldn't the crosshairs be right where the break in the screen is?

 

I was thinking about that but I guess having the 2 monitors out weighs it

 

It really is... when I play games I only set it up for one monitor, the dual monitors are for work.

I will be getting a third soon, but my table is out of space =(

 

Decided to forgo sprucing up the walls for now and focus on something wayy more important.....a chair!

Will be getting this one within the next few weeks hopefully to replace my cheapie $25 'task chair'. It's bigger and doesn't quite fit in with the rest of my setup, but it's one less thing I have to worry about when I move out & look for new stuff

i own these speakers, i actually have 2 sets, one on each tv, there is no way you can run 2 subs @ the same time, you can run all the smaller speakers but as the subs go its impossible to do because of the control center and seeing as you sent the console back.. almost seems like your trying to show off..

 

do they make this desk in black? i need a new desk..

i got a new desk from ikea today but one of my legs got damaged (missing some parts..) so i have to drive 3hrs tomorrow round trip for a new leg ill post up some pictures of my apartment once i get it all sorted out. does anyone know of any usb hubs that sit on a desk..maybe like a pen holder with usb ports or whatever?

pfft two computer subs I had 3 powered car subs in my room at one point

3x Infinity Kappa perfect 12" in a sealed box powered by my Kappa 202A amp, it pretty much blew the house up. It had to go when the baby crib needed to go there

I run a single Klipsch home theater sub now and it does the job quite well, but no more of that actual grenade going off in the house feeling.

Sub gain -2, bass boost off, I can only turn it up when nobody is home and if I take the clock off the hallway wall (it will make it fall and break) I have always been a bass addict.

 

This is what I have going on at the moment. What do you guys think?

wish i knew why the sony dsc-t100 is showing dust in the air with flash on.. fnkin FAIL on that camera!!!

just picked up the 52inch yesterday, had a 32...put that in bedroom and bought a 46 for living room area, thought that was too small so went and got a 52

now the 52inch with the wdtv = 1080p love with bluray mkvs


desk was $40.00 @ ikea, had to drive 2hrs to ikea tho!! everything in apt matches because its all from ikea

There are some seriously awesome setups ITT, all those screens would make me dizzy.


One pic is my laptop on the desk in my bedroom. I bring it in there to watch movies in bed and whatnot. The desk is on wheels so I roll it next to my bed. Got a little sony bedroom unit on the bottom level of the desk that I rarely use as it can't connect to my laptop. One day I'll stop being lazy and get something to replace it, probably migrate the sony to the bathroom.

The other pic is my "server closet." A lot of what's going on in that closet was made possible with some help from NBR members, as building the server and setting up the gigabit network proved to be a bit of a challenge at times. I'm really proud of it though, I gutted an old Dell Dimension 4700, added a RocketRAID 2300 card, added some esata ports, and set it up with a 40gb boot drive running XP Corporate and a 3x500gb RAID5 array...just under 1TB of storage. Due to the small size of the tower, I added esata ports and put two of the 500gb hdd's in external cases with their own power supplies and built in fans. I put it in the closet for the sound, since its near my living room. I had to drill holes through walls to run the power and network cable cleanly. It was quite the project.

i played football ran track and played basket ball

i got a bunch of awards offense defense in basketball/football
and some of them are State science fair medals and some of them are from my track days ohh i out ran every one lol. I have a bunch of trophies in the closet and the others i got after i put those up so i was to lazy to add them

So now are my holidays and time had come to move to a new room, my old one was 1/3 of this and after runnig 2 pcs for more than 1 houre it was hotter than in grece on holidays^^

Normaly I am not soo messy, ok sometimes, but this is because I am still changing things and so on (my bed is still missing and I am sleeping on the sofa but it's so nice, that I am not sure wheather I'll catch my old bed from my old room^^)
