I was looking at some of the recommended sights for laptop skins, and decals, but they basically all cover the entire front of the lid. What if I wanted a smaller image/sticker that doesn't cover the entire lid? Would these places like schtickers.com be able to make my image into a smaller sticker size? Any help is very appreciated! :D

It might be more fun to design something yourself and go down to your local print shop. Printers can do amazing things if you ask them for it. It would give you the added benefit of seeing a sample of different printing options before purchasing, so you can get exactly what you want. However local print shops are a little pricey as they tend to charge a small fee when not ordering in a certain quantity.

EDIT: But the website you asked about does give you an option to upload your own images, so I'm sure you can get what you want from there. Just size the image appropriately.
