Well, I need to change my pix as it got scuffed up some.
Should I go with the sticker again or match the midnight blue paint on my desktop & monitor?
My dual core desktop & HP dv4000 notebook.

Excellent stuff!!
I think you should go with sticker which match with your desktop -
I would go with midnight blue. Nice room.
-
I would go with Midnight Blue paint.
-
Paint is going to be the obvious choice, its just how much work did you want to put into the machine, painting can void warranty, and also give you lots of headaches, unless your a pro.

Can I suggest something that is a complimentary color to blue.. ORANGE! I would anyways..but then again.. I already painted my walls orange too.
-
Orange would stick out in that room like a sore thumb...
Paint always looks nicer. What's best depends on how much you want to pay and whether or not you can make a commitment to a particular image.

Well, I don't have to worry about the warranty, so I'm leaning toward midnight blue to match the desktop and monitor.
Should I go with the plain midnight blue or metalic midnight blue? -
Definitely metallic. Plain works better on lighter colors, metallic on dark ones. Plain would make it look too flat.

Yes, metallic for sure! By the way, what are the specs on that moniter, I am in the market for one. Specfically, resolution, response time, and is it HD ready? Thanks. Post some pics when you paint!

I'm very serious about my desktop and notebook as I do a lot of online work with them... ebay, run Corvette forums, run club sites, do a lot of webpages and online photography... so I use only top good equipment.
That being said, I'm very happy with this monitor! -
I was gone for a bit, personal and buisness but I'm back. The news is I sold the HP and got a new Compaq, see sig. -
dude ur lappy stand is da bizsnitch!
-
This title made me think of ricers - did you know stickers add 5 horsepower to your engine? In your case I guess you'll be getting ~5MHz per additional sticker tho.

This eats ricer cars for snacks! -
nice work dude! I'd go with a custom paintjob if I could afford it- no scuff marks then!
Stickers or Paint?
