    Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a Toshiba A135-S4407. Unfortunately, I just found out that apparently the laptop does not have a built in microphone. If I were to buy an aftermarket internal mic stripped out from another satellite like the L or P series. How do I go about installing it in the motherboard, also is it even possible? I never did anything like this but, I hope it is a simple process if so, please help.

    Thanks.

You might get lucky and find on the motherboard there will be some solder pads where the missing mic would normally be connected.
