    Wanting to replace my case

    Hey guys - i have a P-6860FX from Gateway. The dogs had their way with my laptop while I was gone one day. Luckly nothing was damaged except for some pretty horrendous scratches on the case. So my question comes to mind, where can I get a new case? I've checked eBay and nothin. Any ideas?

    lol no thanks. Mine is better on everything xcept for the HD. That's okay tho. I am gonna buff it out at this point and repaint it. I don't like the super gloss finish anyway. The case isn't broken in anyway - just freakin scratched all to hell.

    prob will be hard to find. maybe watch ebay for a broken system that has a good case on it or call gateway

    if you go the skin route post pics and if you go the paint route please please post pics. On topic ebay and craigslist are the only places to find broken systems. i doubt gateway will just sell you a case but id try.
