    The skin is OK, but what I am more interested in the what I will call the rubber stuff around the corners, and what seems to be some kinda handle.

    Has anyone ever seen this stuff for sale, who makes , anyone have a link?

    its either to hold the skin on or to protect the laptop when dropped

    Are you talking about a mod that can add the rubber corners and handle or the laptop itself? I know that the Panasonic Toughbook 30 and Toughbook 19 comes with these protectional features.

    yea the rubber stuff is just the stuff thast comes on the outside of a panasonic toughbook, I don't think its part of a mod

    that is one hell of a tough notebook let me tell you. i wouldnt be afraid to throw it down a flight of stairs.

    That's an Itronix Gobook, not a toughbook. I haven't seen one in duty, so I can't say how they deal with abuse. I have thrown my toughbook before, and abused it like most people wouldn't.

    Nice scheme though. I think the next one I build up for sale, or even build up for my brother will be a desert camo painted one.
