Does anyone have any info on the custom skinning that can be done through Xotic PC? I did a little bit a searching but all of the threads just ended up in tangents and the questions were left unanswered. So my questions are...

1.) Is it worth the $89?
2.) Is the "skin" just a glorified sticker or is it actually a high quality decal?
3.) Would a bump into a sharp corner (desk for exxample) tear the skin?

Feedback from personal experience appreciated. Thanks.

First no it is not worth the $89 dollars. Buy a gaming mouse or something, Second it really is a glorified sticker.

if you're gonna customize ur laptop from xotic pc, i'd suggest the painting. a lot of people vouch for their quality, but its also another 170 bucks or 370 depending on what u choose to do. is it worth it? the way i look at it is: if the painting/skinning appeals to me in a significant way, then yea its worth it, but if you just wanna impress your friends or you just wanna paint/skin ur fav video game at the time or just for the **** of it, then no its not

good luck, try schtikers for skinning... a lot cheaper and they have a built in app to create ur own skin, plus since its cheap, its not really an issue if you don't like it after a year or so :D
