here is my situation, i have a macbook pro and am finding that finger prints are very easily collected on the 15inch screen. Have any of you out there used a cleaning product you would recommend? i am thinking of getting a screen protector but i still doubt that fingerprints will be easily removed from this cover?

    any imput would be appreciated

You shouldn't be touching the sceen anyways. These kind of screens are very fragile and everything works on it without the risk of damaging something. I advise you to get a damp cloth or something and run it across the sceen once. Quickly dry it off and don't let it drip anywhere. After that, try not to touch it anymore and if the screen collects dust, get a lint-free cloth that could be used to get the dust off.

i no that the screen is delicate, my school uses the cheaper macbooks and they have had a few screens pushed through. but when opening my screen from the closed position my fingers seem to always roll slightly onto the screen, not pushing hard but it manages to leave a fingerprint. thanks for the contribution
