    A very good and detailed review of Intels PM CPU has been posted over at sudhian(http://www.sudhian.com/showdocs.cfm?aid=635).

    Of major interest was how well the PM faired against high end P4EE and AMD64 cpus, it even managed the odd benchmark win!

    For those interested in a mobile gaming machine it looks like the best choice is either a PM or AMD64, the price and heat/power usage of the current P4's just doesn't seem to be competitive against the other two choices, in the mobile market.
    In fact from my reading of the article I would say that you should NEVER buy a P4 based laptop unless the main task is 3D rendering (3dmax etc).
