The little hand-book packet, that came with the computer, has some information about the card and says that's it's schedualed to be released in late july.

Is this (D900C) going to outperform the M570RU? I'm guessing yes since the highest clocked Santa Rosa I'm seeing is 2.8 atm, and the highest Conroe this can take is 2.93, not to mention the bus speed difference 800 vs 1066. The only thing I'm worried about is, will the D900C be able to use 8700M GT? (And possibly the 8800 later? And if it can take a 8700M GT (8800) will it be able to SLI them?

I hate playing the wait for info game. :p

Yes, it should outperform the M570RU.

Sager and Clevo are working hard to get the GeForce 8xxx cards available in this model but as of now it has not been released with them. Due to the power and thermal requirements of the 8xxx cards no one can tell you at this point what modifications to the current model might be required.

Thanks Paladin, appreciate the info. I don't need a laptop per se but a portable desktop would be nice.
