So its seems that the cat is out of bag and Nvidia have admitted what chips are causing the problems. Looks like it is Big Major trouble ahead.

Once again that was released by Nvidia on July 2 as a initial release, where as as of today (July 11/12th in some places) the problem seems far more surious then first thought.
