This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Apple has released two firmware updates for its latest MacBook Pro: one for Bluetooth and one for the 7200RPM hard drive noise issue. The Bluetooth Firmware Update 2.0.1 improves overall compatibility and contains bug fixes. The second update is the Hard Drive Firmware Update 2.0, finally fixes the noise issue associated with 7200RPM hard drives.
