I tried H&R Block last year and had to return it and get my money back and go back to TurboTax.
It did not correctly do my Pennsylvania state tax return. There is an error in the program for reporting income on a W-2S for non-PA pension income in a joint return.
I called their technical support and emailed them. Their solution was to offer me my money back on their money-back guarantee if not happy program rather than fix the problem
