Hmm, I wonder why that is. It's a shame really, Larrabee had such potential.

Probably because it would be fighting an uphill battle with AMD and Nvidia.

Just to be clear, the potential came from Intel entering the discrete GPU market not in the Larrabee architecture itself....'cause if the architecture had real potential it wouldn't have been canceled.

i wonder if they lost the battle with nvidia to put discrete cards with the i# cards.
