I have the backpack version of The Contour, which is the best laptop bag I've ever had. Those of us who love to stuff lots of heavy stuff without hurting your back or shoulders want this bag. Its approved by the American Chiropractors Assoc. and has a lower back piece that perfectly balances the load. Its not the biggest backpack nor does it have the most compartments but for walking around theres no more comfortable backpack. I walked around for hours in manhattan with my 8lb laptop, 2 books, some various nicknacks and was very comfortable. Kudos to Kensington to the Contour line :D
