Well, here's an interesting little article:
Link.
If you ask me, I liked the old logos + slogan.
Anyways, just spreading the word.

I became aware of this yesterday. It does not effect me, I already jumped back onto the AMD bandwagon.

what a lame slogan...

i liked intel inside, leap ahead sounds like its a after school program for kids that need extra help. I hope they keep there little ringtone type jingle at the end or their comercials.

Have they lost their marbles ? -
I liked the old one better, what is happening to Intel all of a sudden?
-
I believe they have, im just going to sit back and wait for the new processors to come..
Its wierd, whats the first thing you think of: "Leap Ahead" -

Oh, agreed. Either they produce good product, or they are toast (in my opinion). That said, I do believe there is a good chance Intel can get their act together, if only they would fire everyone in their marketing department. (There have been rumors, perhaps untrue, that the P4 was ultimately driven by marketing, and marketing's need to play up MHz).Well, clearly this is a phrase that would only be uttered by someone who is NOT ahead, but rather is behind.

I'm not one to rip off stickers, but if my next laptop, if it's an Intel, comes with one of those generic badges, I'm tearing it off.
Leap ahead does sound like an educational program, raider, I agree with you.
I am now going to treasure my "Intel Centrino" badge on my laptop.
What I really don't like about the new stickers is that you can't tell the processors apart without looking at the badge's writing. With the old ones, I could just tell from looking at the badge. Pentium 4, Pentium III, Pentium II, Celeron, etc. The newer Pentium D, Celeron D, Pentium M, Celeron M shared a similar sticker, I wasn't a fan of that, but it's still much much better than the new ones. -
IMO, Intel new logo seems outdated. What does Intel mean with Leap Ahead? Something like Quantum Leap.....lol
-
I hope the sticker would not turn into "sleep" ahead.
"Leap Ahead" replaces "Intel Inside"
