The Lenovo IdeaPad Y-series gaming notebooks are dead. Long live the Lenovo Legion Y-series gaming notebooks. Lenovo has now established the Lenovo Legion as a dedicated sub-brand for the company's gaming PCs. The first Lenovo Legion offerings announced at CES are the 15.6-inch Lenovo Legion Y720 and the 15.6-inch Lenovo Legion Y520 laptops.

    899$ for a 1050 gtx Ti laptop? That's a nice price!

I don't like the look of the y720 though. The y520 looks much more unobtrusive.

Yeah, the y720 looks so goddamn nasty. That thing should have a kick me sticker on it from the factory.

Nice catch. I'm super impressed with the cooling and the display around this price point. Let's hope they come to the US market sooner than the end of the month.

Saw it - interesting whether the dust filter is the reason for the heat again like on the first Y700 revision and some Y50s

Also - the guy who talks is, well, he's making me sleepy xD
