This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi a new mag has just been launched which maybe of interest, its called Mobile PC magazine. Current Feb issue has lead article on "best notebooks ever" which features the new voodoo M855 amoungst others!

    I'm off to the newsagent to grab a copy !![ :)]

    don't you live in Australia....I don't see that this magazine is available there, it's U.S./Canada only right?

    Yeah I just figured that out the hard way. Not currently in stores over here yet.
    Although according to the pc mag site I can order it in from the states so I guess its not all bad

    I've heard from a few people that this is a must have magazine. I'd encourage everyone to check it out. I was able to sign up for a free subscription a few weeks back, if they do that again, I'll post the link.
