The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    We have some exciting news for casual fans and loyal members of the TechnologyGuide.com family of websites: we have launched a brand new site, DesktopReview.com!

    DesktopReview.com is striving to be a one stop site featuring desktop reviews, desktop configuration comparisons, desktop deals and more. We'll also have a desktop computer forum for fans to offer support and share information on the latest and greatest in the desktop world. As a bonus for existing forum members at NotebookReview, your login information should work already on the DesktopReview.com forums.

    DesktopReview.com was created around the same formula used for its sister sites - NotebookReview.com, DigitalCameraReview.com, Brighthand.com and TabletPCReview.com - so it is focused on creating a community around single product category content - desktop computers - and we need your help.

    have you guys ever thought about having a single signon, somehow? :)

    it'd just be nice that way, instead of signing on at tabletpc, then notebookreview, then desktopreview, let's say.
