This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I read about it in the hard copy version. What PC World lacks to mention or takes account is the Dell/HP business customer service, so to say Dell is average or HP "bleeds" may be misleading. There's also quite a few manufactures that has "insufficient data" which I think if the data isn't sufficient, they should have waited until they have enough data to make better comparisons.
