I'm a long-time Zune Pass listener who recently switched to Spotify when I got an Android phone. The music collection is excellent--a step above Zune/Xbox Music and far ahead of we-select-songs-for-you services like Pandora. Albums to stream or download are hard to browse if you don't already have in mind what you want to listen to--Zune PC did a much better job of this. The layout of the PC client is unattractive, unintuitive, and almost impossible to use with touch (once again, Zune PC was better), but it gets the job done acceptably well. And the cross-platform support is vastly ahead of Xbox Music (nee Zune). Overall, while I think there's some real room for improvement in terms of user interface, it's very much worth the $10/month.

    I'm also a Zune Pass listener. :hi2:

I've moved on because of the 192 kbr gets old and some albums I can't download to my Zune HD without buying the album. I tried Spotify but last I remember it requires a Facebook account to sign up. Since i'm anti-facebook that's not an option. I did try MOG and IIRC it too requires facebook.

I am looking forward to see Apple's rumored music service.

Spotify no longer requires a Facebook account to sign up. I don't have it linked to my Facebook account; I have a separate Spotify username and password and it's not linked in any way to my Facebook.
