    We have tablets to give away! All kinds of devices pass through the TechnologyGuide test lab, and we need to make room for the new by giving away the relatively new. For this go around, we have the HP Omni10 and Asus Vivotab Note 8, two Windows 8.1 tablets, powered by the latest Intel Atom chip.
