Yet another Dell Inspiron 9300 review

This is my review for the 9300 that I bought just last month. it is a lower end (spec wise) model.

Great review. Very informative. I like the shots of 9300. You captured it well. It is too bad that you ordered the X300 video card. Should have gone with the 6800. Like you, I ordered the X300 first but had to return the laptop and ordered another one with the 6800 card.

 

Mines comes in a week!! 1 WEEK OF WAITING!! Good review btw

 

Nah, I thought long and hard. I'm not too worried about grfx. For example, I installed my buddie's copy of Fable, and at 1024x768, no shadow details, and no AA, the game still looks very sweet - and gives a fairly constant 30FPS, dipping to 26, and spiking near 40. Yes, I know, my bar is set low. I'm sure the 6800 will handle it even better.

Still, it's $199 I saved for other toys. I'm sure I can find something I want later for that $.

I don't know how he got a copy.... But it looked legit. Maybe not? I didn't even ask.

cheers. I was trying hard to cover some of the finer things that A) appealed to me B) people have overlooked.

I was going to go super extra anal and write more, but then I thought people would just die of boredom. haha. I guess i enjoy the sound of my own typing too much

 

yeah, me too. I quickly deleted the game off my HDD, as I'm now sure it wasn't a licensed copy. Oh well, I'm not going to start any debate about it. I just rather delete and move on with my life.
