If it turns out they have lied to you, then it sounds pretty close to fraudulent, at least from a layman's perspective. I would definitely phone them.

    Okay another update:

I went to them for the 3rd!!! time to bring my notebook... They said they will send it to Denmark (again?!). 2 weeks later... the only thing they did was to "fix the heatsink".

Back home it CRASHES AGAIN no difference. Well I was angry and contacted them again. They said to me that I have to write a mail in English and that was going to be send to Zepto Headquarters.

So I did that, and a week later I get a mail that I have to call the Dutch Zepto Sales person.

I called him... and he told me that I was using the notebook way too extreme when playing games and that the notebook can't handle that much strangle. (I thought... omg is world of warcraft causing too much strangle? and what about simple games like stepmania or gunbound? Does a Zepto notebook can't handle such games?!)

Ah well... He (Joep van Doorn) told me he has done everything he could to help me. And had come up with a solution...

He said I can have a new notebook, a 66 25WD and I can configure it to the same price I paid for my 66 15WD a year ago. :D That sounds great. And the best part... he will bring it to my home personaly. In the meantime I can keep on using this notebook till the new one arrives.

I have configured a new 6625WD with the following tweaks:

    Intel C2Duo T7500 2,20Ghz 800Mhz 4MB
    2GB (2x1024) DDR2 PC6400 - 800MHZ
    160GB 7200rpm SATA Hitachi
    Intel® Turbo Memory 1GB

It ought to be delivered on 28th of August.

I will post another replay when that happens :)
