For some reason, I cannot boot from CD.
I have been trying to install o/s.
Done this loads of times on other pc's no probs.
Yes, the dvd drive is set to 1st boot up option
I thought it may be a fault with the drive, so I fitted a DVD replacement drive.
    Still no luck.
I've tried installing Vista, Windows 7 & Linux.
I'm wondering if my bios is too old, but I can't find an update.
    Anyone help?

So the BIOS detects the drive?
