    go to the vinyl deck on your right lower corner task bar, open up the sound menu with equalizer and push all tabs to max and click equalizer on. this at least made the sound level audible.

    I don't know what your post is in reply to, since it is the first in the topic, but the person with a volume problem probably missed the thumbwheel control located to the right of the mic. input.

    my mistake. Mean to post as new topic but ends up in the wrong place. Well, the 3250 speakers is so low in volume (at least in my unit) even turns up ALL your volume, it is still barely audible. It becomes manageble if you use the equalizer.

    we have a 3220 and a 3270 and the sound is the same on both...plenty loud even though the speakers sound like crap...one of the few things I like about my HP Pavilion...*****in sound for a laptop - Harmon Kardon system...
