First time poster, cool forum with a lot of good information. I was given a 3250H1 with a broken LCD display. Replaced LCD/lid assy. Did clean install of XP Home, Loaded drivers from Averatec. No yellow ? in Device mgr. Tried 3 different 512 ram (all good in another notebook). Swapped Mboards, Hdrives, fans(clean). Seems to be sluggish (but works) in most operations-checking email, surfing web. Have 2 games loaded-luxor & Zuma, both using very little resources. Have Always worked well on Everything(even 700Mhz box. Both only work(poorly) on Sm, not full screen. DVDs play ok. Did not see a chipset driver. Am I overlooking something? Thought a AMD Athlon XP-M 2200+ would be better. My IBM T30 1.8 P4 runs circles around it. Am disapointed. Any suggestions? Need help. Thanks, Bill
