    Hi,

Just wondering if anybody can tell me what level of audio output the Realtek chip on the Znote 6214W supports? I have been through the datasheet for the ALC861 codec, but I'm not sure what it is telling me exactly. The following lines are the only references in the entire datasheet to bit level support that I found:

    * Four Stereo DACs support 16/20/24-bit PCM format for 7.1 channel audio solution
    * One stereo ADC supports 16-bit PCM format

Can anyone tell me if that means the codec does support 24 bit audio output?

    Thanks in advance,
    Dan.
