And
These were realized with 92.91 nvidia drivers.
original drivers : 3DMark05 : 3567 || 3DMark06 : 2223
Which is weird don't you think ? I lose 12 points on the latest bench with the latest drivers....
btw : the hdd is a 80gb 7200 rpm -
Hi,
I get "only" 2080 Pts in 3Dmark06.
(no additional tasks/services in background)
Do You think this could be due to my lack of RAM (1x1024@667MHz)
or the Core2Duo (T7200), like its shown here:
Always thought that the amount of memory is not that important...
Ciao,
flunserl -
I have a 6615WD and i get 1950.
Is that normal? -
@flunserl, the 1 GB of RAM is likely the reason your scores are a little low.
@Crazyheinz, this is a thread for 6214W scores. Also, it is not possible to deduce anything from a model number and score. Settings, drivers, and most importantly configuration will play into your score. -
Yeah, this is what i also found out by myself...there are only results over 2200 from Books with 2Gig...cant find any with my config or worse.
But cant say this chart doesnt make me nervous...i wrote those guys from denmark, maybe they can explain it...
Thx,
flunserl
*edit*
okay, i recieved mail from denmark: they meant the lower result is caused by an older Bios which didnt fully support C2D technology...this sounds okay for me -
Here goes mines
T5600 - Go 7600 - with the zepto driver 91.31
3DMark06: 2191
The 3dMark06 doesn't recognize the drivers so i cant publish the results :O
I instaled a newer driver, 93.71, but i get a lower score
Will try the 91.45 -
okay, what i forgot: i am using the 91.48, cause i wont get work the game profiles correctly with any other drivers.
so do the profiles of the 91.31 work?
THX

Latest scores with registered 3dmark06
with 93.71 driver -
Okay got my 2Gig Dual Channel PC5300 CL4 from MDT, but didnt Change a thing...my problem was something different:
First:
Leave Your Nvidia Driver Profiles for 3Dmark with standard settings except
Performance/Quality should be "Max.Performance" and V-Sync "Off" of course.
But what I forgot:
the XP Energy Profile shoul not be one of the energy optimized: I had the Laptop Profile an this Costs me 150 Pts!
Choosing the "Desktop Profile" I got:
2284Pts in 3Dmark06!
Now I am Happy!
THX Guys!

I'm gonna post my new '05 results tonight using Vista ultimate 64bit and driver v100.65
-
Results 3dmark 05 running Windows Vista driver v100.65:
3509 -
since the 93.71 seems to be the fastest drivers for my go76....there are new ones available on Zepto's HP....
Nvidia's 97.92:
Under WinXP with Desktop Energy Setting / VSync Off / High Performance and 1280x768 (via VGA on an external TFT)
3DMark06 got:
2291PTS
My Highest Score Ever!
So give it a try, I'd like to see if this was just accidental or you get similar results!

EDIT: Let it be, haven't seen that this was only for the 6214W's
-
shouldnt be a problem infact its a good comparison!
but i hope with mure sufficient vista drivers and full DX10 3DMark Version it should nearly reach 4000Pts!
Just Look at this (in German, but you should get the important facts):

Which resolutions were used for these benchmarks? A pretty important fact, OP should decide one that's used as a standard for all the tests. Other than that, great initiative!
