Hey all,
The laptop will is the best one I have had and the keyboard really is not as bad to use as people say. However the ESC key has ceased to work after 3 weeks or function in Windows or the BIOS (Has been reset as well).
Tried removing the keyboard by releasing the indicated screws but could not get it out, was certainly not going to force it.
I removed the ESC key from the keyboard gently to find the spongy button below there and from what I can see working okay.
Has anyone had similar issues or maybe a way of fixing it? I am unsure about sending this from London -> Norway (I think) as I will be without it and I use it a lot, but the ESC key is neccersary.
Thank you for your time.

Can you temporarily borrow a USB external keyboard and see if escape on that keyboard works? If it does then it confirms that the problem is with the internal keyboard.

Sorry should of made that clear...I use my laptop as a small PC so is sat on the left of me on stand and hooked up to a monitor and external mouse & keyboard has only be used 1 week away so far.
The external keyboard is ESC is working with no issues at all. -

OK. It is definitely a problem with the internal keyboard. I haven't heard of similar keyboard problems so you seem to be unlucky.
I don't know if Zepto have any continuing relationship with a UK service company who could do the keyboard swap. Shipping time between UK and Zepto is 3 days each way now they are using UPS (previously they used TNT who were faster, except when they lost something). The keyboard swap will take about 10 minutes.
