*Blows cold air on your Nvidia Geforce 8600 GT 102C (HOT)*

Do you have a warranty? Could be one of the defective ones. 102C @ warcraft is ridiculous.

i guess the video fan got a problem.. 102° is way too much (even though a video card can work till 120°, if i'm not wrong)

Clean it first.. You need to clear any air passages of dust and lint build up. You would be surprised what you will have even in a clean environment.

Especially the ventilation holes in the keyboard can get clogged up with little dust bunnies.
Because a lot of Znote notebooks suck air through the keyboard to cool the CPU&GPU, it's important to keep those ventilation holes clear of dust.
I've used a can of compressed air (€8) and followed t his manual.
It's in German and it's for the older Znote 6615 but it can give you an idea of how the keyboard removal works.
Regular cleaning combined with undervolting with RMClock keeps my notebook well below danger-level temperatures.
    Cheers.

Undervolting has very little effect on the graphics card as you are undervolting the main processor, not the GPU. It will reduce the strain placed on the cooling system, but as the whole cooling system for the graphics card is very poor (inadequate in my opinion) you will not gain much by doing so. If you are in warranty, send it to Zepto, if not in warranty, it may be worth considering replacing the thermal paste Zepto uses as even though they claim to use Arctic Silver 5, they put way too much on mine. After replacing the AS5 on my GPU I found a huge difference (approx 10C lower immediately and then a further 5C after 2 more months of use) please note that keeing your fan and heatsink clean on these notebooks is an absolute must. To clean the fan and heatsink, I would advise removing the keyboard and then blowing compressed air trough the side vent whilst holding the fan still as this seems to work much better than just blowing compressed air through the vent.

Undervolting the processor will help you GPU alot. At least it did to mine. Before I were at CPU 85C GPU 95C after I undervolted 75C/85C.
