    6615WD - computer freezes - and more....

    I need help.
    My Laptop keeps freezing when I use it for gaming. When my laptop freezes the temperature of the computer is awefully high.
    First I updated my graphics drivers from Zepto's FTP. secondly I updated my BIOS, then I reinstalled windows.
    This didn't fix the freeze so I sent my computer to Zepto. They had my computer 1 day, cleaning out the vent, and returned it - No change.
    I sent it right back to Zepto, where they said I had a wrong BIOS Version, so they updated my BIOS again, tested my computer, and said it was fine. When I recieved my computer, not only did it freeze, but it also came up with bluescreen just as it was supposed to enter windows, and rebooted. Now I can only enter windows after I've entered windows in Safemode and rebooted it, even after I reinstalled Windows. And the freezing problem is still here. I've had my computer sent back to Zepto once more. But they refuse to acknowlage that my computer boots with windows Error, or that there's a heat problem.
    Has anyone had similar problem? I really need some help, Thx!

    Oh, and just to add. When I enter Windows, I get a Windows error telling me that there's something wrong with the BIOS. I've also updated every single thing I can update from Zepto's FTP.

    Which BIOS version have you got now?
    And out of curiosity, to which version did you update yourself?
    I have had serious problems myself with version 1.10, it wrecked my lancard; mobo changed, but it did not give me high temperatures or freezes.

    I only updated to v1.09v, and zepto did the same, I updated with updates from Zepto's own site.
    And I had the problem long before I updated. I was told by Zepto to start updating everything till it solved the problem.

    Several times, and every time they tell me to send in my computer. I've done that for the fourth time now, but I honestly don't expect they will take my problem seriously, or that they will figure out the problem.

    OK...because they will know more about that kind of problem than me..But I can see why you came on here for advice... So what has happened when you have returned the machine to Zepto? and which country/website did you purchase your notebook from?

    I'm danish, and thus bought it from the danish site.
    And the reason I wrote here is because there's people connected to Zepto, like you, so I thought I might get some good advice, this is not a thread I made to badmouth Zepto :)
    I'm sending back my computer as soon as I receive the RMA order. Hopefully They'll see that there is a problem, I've installed some games so they can test and see that I'm not a complete moron.
    But I hoped that other people have had similar problem, and might have a solution to my problem.
