    6625WD AGN wireless connection speed ?

    When connecting to my 108MB sky Netgear router with the AGN card it connects at 54MBS not 108 can anyone think why this would be. Even if i set the router to g only it connects at 54 weird..

    108Mbps is not a "real" standard, and deffernt vendors uses different techology for it.
    Our card only supports the real standards and therefor it connects to the best of those standards that you router have, with in this case seems to be 802.11G/54Mbit.

    At the moment the only way to get a connection faster than 54Mb/s is to have all the hardware from the same manufacturer which are claimed to be compatible and have good signal quality.

    I note that Zepto recommend the D-Link dir-635 router for use with their 300Mb/s wireless card. I presume they have checked the compatibility of these products.
